Château de Haut-Philippon
Established in 1976 at the crossroads of Saint-Émilion and Sauternes, Haut-Philippon benefits from a unique geographical position between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. For nearly fifty years, its clay-limestone soils, typical of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, have provided suppleness, vivacity, and generous fruitiness.
Brut Nature: The Sincere Flower
The appearance is a luminous pale yellow with elegant copper highlights. The nose reveals remarkable floral elegance: ethereal peach blossom and ripe Conference pear. The low dosage makes these floral notes sharper, almost cutting in their aromatic precision. On the palate, the effervescence is lively, carried by an immediate tension. The floral elegance refuses any indulgence, remaining tender yet upright, suave yet frank. A floral directness embraced with sophistication.
