Château de Haut-Philippon
Established in 1976 at the crossroads of Saint-Émilion and Sauternes, Haut-Philippon benefits from a unique geographical position between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. For nearly fifty years, its clay-limestone soils, typical of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, have provided suppleness, vivacity, and generous fruitiness.
Brut: The Floral Bouquet
The robe is pale yellow with delicate coppery reflections. The nose reveals an elegant floral bouquet: vine blossoms, hawthorn, accompanied by white-fleshed fruits (Williams pear, mirabelle plum) of great finesse. On the palate, the effervescence is enveloping, offering a generous roundness. The texture is smooth, almost candied, with a beautiful aromatic persistence. A crémant of refined conviviality that favors harmony and softness over mineral tension.
