Château Holden

Nestled in a sheltered valley of the Haut-Médoc, since 1926, Holden has flourished on a unique terroir where gravel, clay limestone, and Oligocene marl converge. This rare geological mosaic, shaped over nearly a century, gives birth to crémants of remarkable suppleness and silky texture.

Brut Nature: The Pure Ocean

The color is crystalline pale yellow with delicate copper reflections. The nose expresses the Atlantic in its purest form, omnipresent marine notes, bright lemon, pear moistened by sea spray. Everything else becomes secondary. On the palate, each sip evokes the ocean with absolute sincerity. The bubbles are brisk, the omnipresent salinity creating persistent tension. Yet the texture remains smooth, a fascinating paradox. The ocean captured in its most authentic and sincere form.
